An eyesore! Check your title deeds...chances are you are not allowed to park a van in your driveway.
This is just the sort of inconsiderate behaviour that gives vanners a bad name.

Towed down here by a Renualt laguna!!! it gets better

hopefully gone tomorrow, some poor buyers coming to view it apparently, furious scrubbing action going on at present.

Just out of interest the book says 1000 miles before towing! I collected mine just 4 days before going to the south of France so drove 250 miles a nighte to run in before towing. We enjoyed our month toiuring and the Freelander towed very well!

If your stuck behind me its because I'm stuck behind a nissan micra on the way to a garden centre

Well, I am almost there now....a few more miles and I will be towing for the first time with my new SD4. What a great car this is though - I still smile every time I drive away in it.
One thing though...its a magnet for stones being thrown up (or maybe at it). So far I have a very small stone chip on the bonnet, a small chip on the rear door and the other day as I driving on a dual carriage way, I thought the drivers side window was going to smash when a stone hit leaving 2 small chips in the glass.
Is someone taking potshots at me because I am driving a new car?

I did over 1000 miles before towing and went on a few long "running in" trips without the caravan beforehand.

Yes it does tow very well. We did over 500 miles towing last weekend. The gearbox issues I am having are more visible when not towing though as I tend to use the command Censored quite a lot when towing as I can then pre-select the correct gear when approaching roundabouts and junctions. When not towing I tend to want to just leave it in D.
