Funny, normaly we have the most minister per habitant in Europe, but we've been without a govermnent for over a year now. Conclusion must be:
1. Since there's no bad effect: when in power they do no good.
2. Since we're one of the countries with the highest growth coming out of the economic crisis: when in power they do more harm then good, although this may be accounted to not having to pay these ministers any wages when they're not in power... or both, yeah probably both.

Yes raffle is included, the important number, the ticket number is blotted out, it is all linked to my online account, I guess if we win there will be thousands of downloads and lots of printing.
