Watching the news last night and they had an item on about a young lad who was going to be charged about £8000 pounds insurance for a £400 car.

So he got bought an old smallish tractor to drive and it only costs him £47 a year for insurance - but he will build up his 'no claims' discount.

Guess as long as he drives with 'road diesel' he won't have a problem.

I thought it was so romantic at the time....

There used to be an International Harvester tractor factory near where I live. They shipped production to somewhere else so you don't see anyone riding round on them here any more - at least I think thats the reason......  There's always a way forward!
