I have had the front off my 2011 GS facelift model and there was definitely only one horn there.

As an aside I noticed the other day that my volume down button on the steering wheel wasn't working. Volume up was OK. After trying a few things like turning the radio off and on again, which made no difference, I touched the horn (which was OK) and lo and behold the volume down button started working again.  3 x FL1 2 manual + 1 auto
5 x FL2 4 manual + 1 auto
Now Discovery Sport P250 MHEV SE

I had LR extended warranty and the horns were replaced for free. Front bumper has to come off to get at them.
Edit: I'm sure there were two, but I didn't see them myself, so I could be mistaken. This was on a MY2007. Ex AA Series III LWB Safari - Gone

Why don't Freelanders have bells when THEIR horns don't work!

Yeah- it's only the 'high' horn on mine that works.
