I had LR extended warranty and the horns were replaced for free. Front bumper has to come off to get at them.

Definitely two horns, at least on early models. Check the wiring diagram at http://www.freel2.com/forum/topic2943.html (It's page 98 ) Ex AA Series III LWB Safari - Gone
