Obviously LR CH want me to buy an Evoque - its too small for me - I think.......or maybe not.......

Don't like the "Prestige" - too much chrome on bodywork
The "Dynamic" looks understated and reserved yet strong and nimble - a possibility
And the "Pure" looks petulant and standing still as if waiting for its missing garnish

And Vicky Beckham on tap to tell you what a wise choice it is. A big pass, lets keep LR's looking like LR's not some pimp mobile.

I'm inclined to agree that "pimp" is indeed a suitable adjective but I hesitate to give it a full endorsement. I'll reserve judgement until I've seen the Evoque in the flesh, and sat in it. Then I'd need to test drive the "Dynamic" for at least a weekend before I'd confirm it was or was not a Land Rover.

Conceptually, I actually feel the Evoque is closer to the LR DNA than the FFRR, which over the last circa 15yrs has really lost its heritage. More akin to an obese Cadillac than a taut luxury leviathan mountaineer for road and range.

I like it, and think LR have to move with the times or stagnate and die. Don't put petrol in a diesel. They don't run well.
