OK you can feel sorry for the guys with all the timewasters they must get, but going the extra mile sometimes pays off. Friend of mine used to work in a dealership, and an old bloke came in with a couple of scruffy carrier bags and hung around being ignored by the salesmen on duty. So my friend goes up to him feeling a bit sorry for him, and sold him TWO new RRs. (It was Lord someone or other, and he did have a couple of used ones to trade in). Mind you that was in Yorkshire.
