For not clearing the snow from roof, bonnet, boot and above all windows there would be a very heavy fine and in extreme cases licence confiscated Doesn't stop the from not bothering though and unfortunately the chance of getting stopped is rather small. For example the other day at work, I watched a "female" brush the snow off the windscreen and front side door windows and off she drove silly cow, with snow piled up over all other surfaces and looking like a mobile snowball 2007 Freelander 2 HSE TD4 Manual with Premium Pack & Moonroof. Sorry, forgot to mention the fine, should have stated 'fixed penalty'. I know it's been on the books for ages, but it's nice to hear they are finally enforcing it. I've been showered with roof snow many times in the past. As has been mentioned, it's the lazy, idle . We Don't Care About Pot Holes !! |

A road was blocked near home today, HGV breakdown. So used my farm track to get home on, any it soon became impossible to tell whether I was on the track or not, so I just headed for the gap in the trees directly in front, a most eerie feeling driving thru the middle of a great expanse of white. luckily the track is an old railway line so dead straight

Quite a good example here of how you need to put the power through to kick in the traction control.
