Yep, they do look unsightly - i dont quite understand Landrover - the make great cars overall, but seem to cut so many corners in daft places with inferior parts ?

I have replaced the front left hand side one's, but the rears need replacing on one side now as they are coming away. So going to do both rears.

As already stated, they are not expensive so I'll just order them and replace them. Freelander 2 HSE Lux 2013MY - Barolo Black with Ivory Leather. Alpine DVD - Privacy -Evoque 20" Dynamic Wheels and more to come.........

I'm going to replace my rears strips, as they're really coming away now. Those of you who have replaced theirs, have you simply fitted them or used sealant?? Thumbs Up Gone - TD4 XS Auto, Sumatra Black, Mud flaps and side strips, clear indicators, private plate, privacy glass

I noticed several used FL2 on a dealers forecourt yesterday with no strips on at all. either gone funny, or fallen off and they will probably be sold on without any if no one bothers to say anything.

They're cheap to buy as someone else has already stated. I'm gonna replace them all round. They seem to slide on and off easily and don't appear to have been fixed on using any sealant Thumbs Up Gone - TD4 XS Auto, Sumatra Black, Mud flaps and side strips, clear indicators, private plate, privacy glass

Anyone have a part number for these?? The local dealer I use is useless at finding random parts, then usually gets the wrong part!

My front nearside is missing, and the rear ones are looking a bit tatty. If they are that cheap, I'll go to the dealers and get a new set.
Thanks to all for the info. Poke it, Poke it, make it do it again!!

Part numbers;
LLR026342 £5.64 (Rear)
LLR001624 £3.83 (Rear)
LLR005165 £10.41 (Front)
According to my dealers they aren't handed.
Only take seconds to fit. Clean all the dirt off the wheel arch edge before fitting the new ones to prevent rust.

Excuse my ignorance but has anyone got or can anyone take a picture of said strips on the car I’m not quite sure what I’m looking for to see if they’re there or not! I’ve only had the car a matter of days and have nothing to compare it with being over an hour away from the nearest dealers.
If they’re missing I definitely won’t know what i'm look for! Cheers. Question 57 HSE AUTO with H.I.D's - Grey with Black leather. (H.S.E. Heightadjustable Seats Extra Sad )

it's the black plastic strip that follows the outer wheel arch. Can't miss it. If you don't see it you don't have it Wink FL2, TD4 HSE
