Thank you for the advice I tried what you suggested and removed phone. I re-established bluetooth careful not to be impatient but alas it didn't work. I have the same problem with many of my phonebook entries in duplicate or triplicate. Not happy.

I know its a real pain when things go wrong. I do remember reading a thread on here about a landrover website which lists all the phones that work properly with freelander 2. Some phones just wont work properly, try asking landrover if you vehical has had the latest software update best of look |

Ive just been and checked mine and where i scroll through the phone book, lets say i come accross a friends name where i have mobile number, home number and works number it comes up with his name three times and im not sure which number im calling, its realy frustrating so as npinks has said i just find the number on the phone, set the phone calling and use the cars controlls from there on. |

Regarding your phone book problems,it seems the car downloads the phone book from your "sim card" not your "phone memory". Names in your phone memory address book with multiple numbers under one name will copy to your sim as a list of names. For example a Phone memory book entry "Ian" with Ian Home, Ian Mobile, Ian Work as sub entries will come up as seperate entries on the sim card and download to the car as Ian1 Ian2 Ian3.
