The DPF reduces the BHP from 160 to 152 on existing models. So the figures above are before or after DPF is fitted for example I purchased a 160 BHP only to find it was 152. Secondly, the DPF is a problem beast giving plenty of problems. I intend to post the results of my DPF problems after they have been sorted out, but in the meantime it is a plage resulting in reduced engine performance at times. If you get the choice - keep well clear. 2007 Freelander 2 HSE TD4 Manual with Premium Pack & Moonroof. Stornoway Grey with Ebony Black Pleather, Clear Indicators, Body Side Mouldings etc. |

The DPF is compulsory unfortunately. It almost put me off ordering a MY11 as I've heard these thing have issues on every brand of car.

dpf isn't compulsory. It is however the most (cost) effective means manufacturers employ for diesels to meet eu5 emissions requirements. I hate the $%^& thing! |

Dont think that helps much, although my stealer informs that mostly short journeys will invoke the DPF FULL info in the dashboard display. However even after a recent round trip of 4500 km in just over a week didnt keep that f-ing info from apearing on the display. It would seem to me that the DPF is just fine if it works, but unfortunatly it seems that the DPF electronics dosnt always 2007 Freelander 2 HSE TD4 Manual with Premium Pack & Moonroof. That is not how you clean the DPF - if you read the book it will tell u how. A quick thrash wont happen if you have got the DPF FULL - VISIT DEALER instruction and the reduced engine performance sensor cuts in If you live in an urban enviorment or greenlaneing or off roading you will be well and truly b d 2007 Freelander 2 HSE TD4 Manual with Premium Pack & Moonroof.
