30,000 miles, no serious issues. One fuse (rear passenger power socket) and had the dealer grease the gear change cable; touched the underside once off road.

Only issue is the seat dropping which i'll get resolved at next service....i'd buy another one tomorrow, in fact if I could afford it i'd px my GS for a leather clad version as the dogs hairs are a pain to get out of the material. I drive approx 25-30,000 miles a year so it's used for business, I have 3 dogs....they love the room it affords them, I go shooting and I can fit all my gear/dog if required in there no problem and I like the way it drives/how comfy it is. I've had quite a few cars but this is my favourite/most practical for my needs My last two cars were 3 litre diesels so went very well but were licence losers, the Freelander is not a fast car but overall it's just about right for me. |

I had similar on the front power socket which stopped working. Managed to change the fuse myself... it is the fuse box under the bonet and if you turn the lid upside down when you take it off there are some spare fuses there ... or do what I did, buy some fuses and then find out! The manual will tell you wich fuse is which. |

We're happy with ours, no real problems to moan about, but will hopefully replace mine this year with a D3/4 ______________________
