wheel weight fallen off? You should not get any wobbles no matter what size tyres

if the weight was thrown you might get a slight vibration as the wheel would be ballanced and you'll notice it more at speed

A common reason for the wheels to go off-balance is dirt.

My FL2 has done 24k on the original Continentals (17") no vibrations of note across the normal speed range and it has been off road too. I agree with the others - look for missing weights first.

Thanks for all your comments - Now there's a funny thing, checked all balance weights both inside and outside rims and they seem ok, the tyres are Goodyear Wranglers 17in. Anyway took the beastie for a spin down my private stretch of the M5 today and |
