Diamond cut wheels are extremely expensive to refurbish from what I've heard.

The steering lock does cause non starting problems I as many have have fitted an emulator maybe worth a try removing the lower shroud and hitting the actual lock a few heafty knocks with a hammer and screw driver,having said that it’s usually combined with clicking in the passenger footwell. |
