I'm sure you know this but just to reiterate these HID bulbs MUST only used in a projector lamp, not a reflector unit.

I remember that the ABD HID bulbs were slightly loose in the light unit so I bent the retaining tabs slightly to grip them better - a thin plastic washer would have effected the same thing but I couldnt find any amongst all my stuff. Jules |

My MGZT with 20yr old HIDs is 4500k and is fine so I think 5000k should be fine cant be any worse than the halogens even with nightbrakers in! |
