My Owners Handbook doesnt mention bluetooth or satnav specifically but lists several fuses in the luggage compartment fuse box for "audio system", digital radio" and "audio amplifier". Jules

Have you an Owners Handbook ?

Mine says fuses FD1, FD2, FD3, FD10 AND FD11 But I'd have thought that if it was any of these then then all would go down.

So maybe you need to check the wiring - anything loose in the boot causing a short ?

The wiring diagrams for FL2 are available along with the JLR workshop manual for free from this forum .
Trouble is it only runs up to 2012, and there were substantial changes in certain areas for subsequent models as JLR combined the Evoque wiring looms into later FL2s.

Ive got the whole workshop manual downloaded onto my PC and it has wiring diagrams included.
Page 3164 shows the Sat Nav unit wiring.

It looks like the Sat Nav takes power via fuse FD1, 10 amps. Jules

It sounds that your Radio Receiver or DAB Module have blown they are in the area above the rear wheel arches

Yea someone else said that.. they said I probably need a new Bluetooth ecu/module which is located in right hand side of boot .. that sound about right what the problem could be.

Then as previously mentioned you need to run a code reader. Second hand modules are available from breakers but you need to know what the problem is
