Thought I would ask but I doubt it.......is there a custom PID that can give you LR2/FL2 oil pressure stats?

You'd think oil pressure would be useful thing to know.
But Ive never found one.

I had to install a gauge in the LR2's predecessor, hell I might have a go if I feel brave

Then again, this vehicle is a bit finnicky..

I have no idea, I need to check JLR SDD to see if it's even available there as telemetry.

Jules is right, only a pressure switch exists, not a pressure transducer.
So no way of knowing the exact pressure's value.

But from what I know, conversion kits may be available, in order to show the oil pressure on an additional dash mounted gauge.

According to Volvo on the 3.2 there is a a port for measuring oil pressure. (it is possible that LAND ROVER didn't drill and tap the hole, I've never looked so I can't be sure that it is there)

Great info Paul, thank you! And, no, I am not seeing the oil light on the dash, thank goodness.....was just thinking it's useful to have a gauge or a torque pro custom PID. Heck, I will see if I can find the indent just for kicks. I liked having the oil pressure analogue gauge on my previous vehicle .

I was taught that if you see an oil pressure warning light while the engine was running it was already too late!
