My 2 previous cars during their respective lives, each 18 & 25 years old, had misfiring on 1 cylinder of 4, can't imagine 3 cylinders of 6, one was bad enough. Replaced the leads & upgraded to better quality while at it, which solved the problem.

I'm not sure of the I6 control layout, and I've sold mine now so can't look. It's obviously an issue effecting adjacent cylinders, so I'd be checking everything that is common to those 3. It's unlikely to be the plugs, as 3 failing at the same time is unlikely. Maybe something to do with the variable value timing? which is just a guess. I'm assuming it's not a broken wire, as the ECM would be reporting open or short circuit codes too. Misfiring codes alone suggests the ECM doesn't know the issue, just that misfires are taking place. Hyundai Ioniq 5 Ultimate. The family car.

Thanks Paul, i would go with the PCV, the earth would have to gone on both grounds to effect 4,5 and 6. Common sense isn't very common.

Look through the description of engine controls in the manual, some of the sensors are bank-specific.
