First thing comes to mind is earth strap? Defective starter motor? How old is the battery though it says charged could still be down on amps? or maybe starter solenoid?

Steering lock does cause problems usually with the steering column locked message may be worth a try taking the bottom cover under the wheel off and pulling the connections and reconnecting and giving the actuator a tap or three. |

Check the connections at the CJB and fuse box, as the wiring to them is below the glove box, and easily knocked by a passenger's feet. Hyundai Ioniq 5 Ultimate. The family car.

I would just unplug & replug the connectors. Could just be a bit of corrosion somewhere.
