Australia 2008 Freelander 2 i6 HSE Auto Barolo Black
2008 freelander won't start after pulling a fuse

I was trying to work out why the horn wasn't working, so I was under the bonnet looking for fuses. The car was running. I pulled f7 in the engine bay. (The fuse for the relays) which has the symbol for the horn on it. The car immediately stopped, which makes sense. What doesn't make any sense, is that after replacing the fuse, the car will not crank. There is power to the coil packs when the ignition is on. The starter works fine, I've jumped the contacts where the starter relay goes. There are no blown fuses. It won't crank in p or n. And there is apparently no issue with the steering lock. I can hear a relay clicking when I push the brake pedal. Its a petrol 6 auto, by the way. I have no idea what is happening. Please help me, thanks in advance.

Try disconnecting the battery for a bit then try again.
