The problem at that location is actually there is nothing at the edge of the road - just the drop into the sea. Like driving along the side of a dock but without bollards. Everyone can spread it - Anyone can catch it. Stay home - the life you save can be your own! |

If the driver was arrested, it suggests there was drink or drugs involved, in which case the insurance won't pay for the Freelander, but the insurance will pay for any 3rd party losses, and the recovery too.
