Has anyone encountered this situation? Freelander 2 2007, 2.2 SD, automatic.

1. When changing to R (reverse), quite often, there is a pause of 0.5-1 second in which it does not engage, then with a shock/jerk it starts going backwards. In D (drive) it does not do this.

2. When driving normally in Drive: Sometimes when changing it goes suddenly from 2-3 / 2-1, or changes late in higher revs when I accelerate it suddenly, the same with shocks - the lower the gears, the bigger the jerk .

The box is ok, oil changed in it. The gearbox is replaced with another used one (the old one no longer engages gears), it should be mentioned that these jerks / shocks were also made with the previous gearbox.

Please some opinions / ideas what to check, because I don't know where to start. No errors are displayed in the computer.

When you replaced the auto box did you use the module from the old box
