Had a quintuple heart bypass, so had a few weeks off work (4) and was going to whip the box out in the street - probably a good job that I didn't after reading the article.

I was taking the gearbox out of a Skoda Fabia . It was such a tight fit that I ended up directly underneath it and I accidently let it slip on top of me despite a support from above. Shouldnt have tried to do it by myself. Got an injury to the brachial plexus resulting in weeks of paraesthesia and pain in the right arm.

I always use an engine crane to lift the a gearbox from above. It makes removing and refitting so much less work, and limits the possibility of personal injury too. Hyundai Ioniq 5 Ultimate. The family car.
