I guess you have blocked drain holes. Is it parked near tall trees for long periods?

This may be obvious but have you actually opened the roof for inspection? My leak was caused by a loose rubber seal which was easily re-glued. |

not sure where the drain exit is but his is normally where the block happens, on some it is behind the wheel arch liner on others it is on the A post - dont force anything down from the top - you may rupture or disconnect something and make it worse.
