I guess you have blocked drain holes. Is it parked near tall trees for long periods?

All I know is, once I had a Volvo with a sunroof and drain hole issues, and was a complete nightmare.

I always said to myself never buy another car with a sunroof, but my HSE Lux has the sunroof.

This may be obvious but have you actually opened the roof for inspection? My leak was caused by a loose rubber seal which was easily re-glued.

not sure where the drain exit is but his is normally where the block happens, on some it is behind the wheel arch liner on others it is on the A post - dont force anything down from the top - you may rupture or disconnect something and make it worse.

If your FL2 has had a battery change it may also have had the sunroof relearned - on mine this never set right even with SDD. to test if it is closed right when in the car, turn your blower on full, if it is not fully closed you will get a whistle, this is how i know when mine is closed - short presses of the button will stop the whistle making sure it is fully closed. Or is the glass panels level with each other on the outside? Stewart
