As TooBlue said, most probably the door actuators or a combination of them failing. There are a lot of information on the forum about these locks. Mine did very much the same as you described, starting with the driver's door that failed first. (lock that works the most).

Mine did this . Drivers door could only be unlocked from inside. I bought the part from landrover for about 100 quid . On inspection of the old one it was the brushes in the motors that had worn out. New one fitted a lot easier than i thought . I did need a hand from a friend to hold door cards etc . |

I've a 2013 and already had 3 locks changed...that was 2 years ago and 1 of them is playing up again. MY13 HSE LUX Aintree Green
