I recently had my front bumper and grille replaced. It came from Land Rover in one piece. If you search this site others have replaced grilles but it seems to require cutting. |

Had mine off and was one piece. I didn't look too closely at the construction but I'd say its plastic welded, the shapes of the grilles would suggest they are fitted together, I'm sure careful disassembly and something like tiger seal would bond the joints robustly. I used it to bond the fog light retaining frames onto my bumper which initially didn't have them and they are never going to move. Welcome by the way!

The pieces are heat welded together at the little lugs. |

Sikaflex or Tigerseal will bond it every bit as well as the original plastic welding then. Landrover - turning owners into mechanics since 1948
