2014 Freelander 2 SD4 HSE Lux Auto Loire Blue

Auto gearbox issue

I have a 2014 freelander 2 sd4 auto 54000 miles and recently while moving from park through the selector o drive I am experiencing and lunge forward, is this unusual or is there something wrong

2012 Freelander 2 SD4 HSE Auto Baltic Blue

Mine used to do exactly the same

Flushed the gearbox, updated the gearbox firmware + carried out an adaption reset. Never done it again
