Seems very cheap for a brand new one... a brand new Garrett one cheapest I could supply for example would be £620+vat very little margin in that! and I wouldn't require the old unit back, so why do they? to refurb and then sell as new? if you look at ebay there are plenty of refurb units at the same price as the new one - doesn't add up.
