Few problems in Off Road mode

Hi guys

strange behaviour yesterday on the beach in sand mode

after about 300 m in deep sand and heavy acceleration in second gear and 2500 - 3000 rpm I got a reduced power engine message and limp mode but no check engine sign.

turn off and turn on engine, message and limp mode gone...

Few minutes later, in the same conditions and after 300 m I got the message "terrain response system fault, all special programs desacivated"

again, engine turn off and turn on, message gone and normal operation back

- Did I ask too much of my freelander 2 ?

- Are there still errors saved in the ECU that I should read ?

Any ideas ? thx

When was your fuel filter last changed? Heavy acceleration might show up a starvation issue. I have had this a few times before on earlier cars especially when accelerating up a hill. Low power message comes up and then goes off on restarting, no codes stored. 3 x FL1 2 manual + 1 auto

Sticking turbo actuator arm? When trying to come on-boost, does this problem occur?

When the turbo spools up to boost (circa 1800 rpm, does the fault appear? If so, and it's not a split hose, then check the arm is activating properly and not sticking.

@Jack Rolling with laughter that's a good advice

@SouthamFL2 : No it drives normally didn't notice any change ... I'll check the turbo hose. regarding the arm, is it something easy to check ?
