Any garage will carry out a oil/filter change for you it’s not rocket science, just make sure they use the correct oil. |

Filter change entails gearbox removal, you sure you want to go down that route! (Now Sold). 2008 Freelander 2 (Nazca Sand) SE TD4 Auto. Statutory write off & on WOVR for hail damage but still road legal.

Search on here if you want to do the fluid change yourself, as loads of us have done it - Full flush or the easier dump and fill method.

It's the Aisin 6 speed box and Chester Automatics (who did it for me 35K mile ago) tell me it will cost £130+VAT and that because of the filter design and placement they rely upon the new fluid flushing through to 'clean' the filter? |
