First cold start of the winter

First reasonably cold start of the winter and it sounded a bit rough for a moment or two! It’s getting an oil change next weekend, so hoping that might help!

I cannot achieve much more than an instantaneous mpg of 40, unless I'm going downhill with the wind behind me.
Normal indicated average is about 33 - 34 mpg. FL2 XS SD4 Auto 2010 2012-2017 (21k - 91k miles) (MY2011)
FL2 Metropolis SD4 Auto 2014 2017- (16k - 77k+ miles) (MY2015)

Made me chuckle the "rush hour" pic, just spent the last two weeks in London, night mare. I can drive 20 min here to the shops and see 3 or 4 cars.
