Prince Philip Prangs His Freelander!

Just been reported on the BBC news that Prince Philip has been involved in an accident whilst out driving his "Range Rover" near Sandringham. Shaken but unhurt it reports. They report that the car overturned after the accident as he was pulling out onto a main road and was hit by another car. The video shown is rather poor quality but I think that it shows a Freelander on the back of the recovery truck and not a Range Range as reported. Big Cry

Good to see the FL2 did a good job protecting him and any passengers.

I live locally and have seen him drive around. Let’s just say that he doesn’t hang about!
In this case it looks like he may have pulled out in front of a car st a t-junction.

BBC are still calling it a Range Rover (face palm)

I saw a blue FL2. Perhaps they’ve wrapped it!

I saw it as blue as well, HSE Alloys on it (18's)

I thought the green one was up at Balmoral, and another one down at Windsor? I saw that James French recently sold the green D4 that commanded a ridiculous premium as being marked "Ex-Royal Household"

I hope that it wasn't the green one, they are becoming as rare as hens teeth!
