Regardless of the reasons behind it, that really has no excuse for that. As Jules has said, respect has gone out of the window altogether. Sadly that's the norm for too many people, " everyone, I'm alright Jack"
I suspect he/she drew a few disapproving looks from the older attendees but laughs from mates.
Perhaps they're on a Disco forum and will be named and shamed

The disco sport forum posse will probably blame the cars auto park system for allowing ltself to park there. Or claim the car isnt parked more broke down while taking a short cut At work
