United Kingdom 2007 Freelander 2 TD4 GS Manual Stornoway Grey
Anti-Tesco Trolly Side Protection

Alona,

I've just noticed this feature in your signature line .

Could you please explain what it is and where I get one Thumbs Up

My normal routine to avoid the Tesco dent is to park as far away as possible from anyone else, but there's always some inconsiderate Censored (s) who finds me and parks next to me

.... I've got the dents to prove it ... Big Cry Stornoway Grey GS ... What a fine motor Smile ... but not any more ... Big Cry ... psst look at my gallery!
Company cars ... a thing of the past - May 2013.

Hi Avtur

It's the Body Protective Strip Kit fitted by LR when new. I must say they were worth it. they already have some battle damage from the local Censored muppets. If they would only take their time when opening doors Evil or Very Mad

Has stopped a lot of near dents. Thumbs Up 08 FL2 SE TD4 manual,Santorini Black, Factory fitted Black Tinted Glass, Anti-Tesco Trolly Side Protection, bebe confort axiss carseats & Cargo barrier to stop twin's buggy & junk coming through. NO Sweets Crisps or Drinks inside.

Hello Chaps

Any chance of some photos posting on your galleries showing the muppet-proof strips? I have to say, I have been paranoid about parking my FL2 in any car parks, particularly supermarkets so I'm pretty keen to fit these as long as they don't dull the sheer beauty Wink

I guess these are the muppet-proof strips we are talking about. There are plenty of photos in the gallery as well.
I see you have a black FL2, so they wont be as noticable as on a paler colour. Would certainly recommend them as they have saved mine a few dings - including from my own garage wall Thumbs Up

Thanks Alona. Wish I had them right now - I'm just about to set off to the airport and will have to leave my FL2 in an evil car park Crying or Very sad It's going to be a long, fretful few days.
