Get the fault codes read. FL2 MY10 TD4 GS traded in at 2 years

It could easily be the crank position sensor but as YB has said, you need to get the fault codes read. Another good reason for having your own fault code reader or diagnostic kit. (Now Sold). 2008 Freelander 2 (Nazca Sand) SE TD4 Auto. Statutory write off & on WOVR for hail damage but still road legal.

Hi , had it on reader today and it came up as fault p0001 which shows fuel pressure does anyone know what part to change . cheers daz |

Hopefully as you have some fuel at the injectors its not a case of the known broken cam shaft problem where it meets the fuel pump.

Update ,, all sorted .. It was the throttle body that was stuck closed the plastic teeth on the cog had striped of . thanks very much everyone .. cheers daz |
