Information on Little Dip & Long Gully between Beachport & Robe. We were there end of November. The last bit of sand onto the beach was maybe a bit soft and we didn't have any sand tracks with us so we were not going to risk it. We did have a tow rope but were the only car so it's not a lot of help! But the beaches were firm to drive on. Then on to the Coorong

Mate, I've done those beaches down around Beachport and Robe, they are super treacherous, the sand is so soft. I got stuck north of Beachport and the water was lapping my wheels when the SES winched me out. |

I had a look at the photos from this area and the sand on most beaches is very aerated. Not a good idea to go on the beaches even if you can get there in the first place!
