United Kingdom 2007 Freelander 2 TD4 SE Manual Tambora Flame
Slight engine judder coming off throttle

Hi,
I have a 2007 FL2, TD4 2.2 Diesel. It's recently had all the stuff done for the 10 year service and also the Turbo replaced.

Ever since this work was done I have noticed that the engine shudders and vibrates slightly when I come off the throttle.

This can happen when driving or in neutral and happens almost all the time.

If driving at low speed normally I would expect to coast and slowly decelerate if I came off throttle but now it I get a slight judder which must be annoying for people behind me.

The garage that did the work are happy to look at it, but can't get it booked in til after Christmas, so just wondered if anyone had any ideas what might be causing it?

I also notice the engine shaking a bit when I switch it off, and have read posts related to this. I should also mention that when the Turbo went (I didn't know it was the Turbo at this point) I started the car in a safe spot and the engine shook really violently. I turned it off after a couple of seconds.
