I thought about a gloss black grill when I had the black 20" alloys. That's when I painted the mirror caps and the wing vents gloss black. I also wanted to wrap the roof and the A, C pillars but the quality of the wrap was not quite as I thought.

Personal choice I guess your the car looks great. In U.K. the dynamic came factory styling pack, gloss black side vents plus front grill with grey alloys and it suits the car. I’d paint the grill black rather than revert back to grey vents.

The protection film is 3M Venture Shield which I bought from a Romania dealer pre-cut on CNC for Freelander 2. I have wrapped the front bonnet, bumper, headlights, front roof, A pillars and lower side doors. Unfortunately on the bumper I lost the protection due to the fact that I requested to change the front grill on warranty as the paint was exfoliating and the dealer only changed the grill together with a new bumper painted to Fuji White. |

Another Freelander joined our family. It's a 2007 HSE auto which I've started to personalise a little bit with some AT's, 40mm wheel spacers. a Muddymods 50mm lift kit, The list will continue with Discovery 3 overfenders, probably another set of wheels, a 2013 facelift...

50mm lift makes a big difference, looks as if it's higher, maybe the tyres adding to that look?, what make / size are they? Landrover - turning owners into mechanics since 1948

New setup on the MY07, steel 8x17” ET20 rims with 50mm spacers. The tires are 245 65 R17s. It drives ok but when on full left or right steering lock they rub on the wheels arches a bit. I also added the MY13 headlights and a towbar. Next week I hope I can fit the Disco 3 overfenders.
