Well finally got the Freelander mot'd. Owned it for 4 years and only 2nd mot with the chaotic system at present. HID lights not even mentioned 😁 Landrover - turning owners into mechanics since 1948

Good news indeed - best mod ever and improves road safety when night driving. The pathetic OE hb3 bulbs are a joke and any upgrade risks blowing the bulbs which happened to me meaning driving 15 miles on country roads using just fog lights. Nightmare. MY 09 GS manual in Lago Grey, Wood Co arm rest and side bumper strips - now sold.

Thinking of fitting a set of these as additional reverse lights, having to occasionally reverse on a single track lane and minor road where passing places are limited. Which circuit in boot fuse box is best to lift an ignition live from to power a relay?

My car has never been so filthy. Had a different place of work to commute to these last few weeks, a lovely scenic drive around forestry access roads, completely clarried in muck. Looking forward to getting the pressure washer out.

Man, trying to get that 'muck' out from behind the wheel well liners is a total PIA. However, yours is really not that bad in the larger spectrum. |

Gave it a wash and several coats of wax. Not looking too bad for an 8 year old.
