My first off roading in the Freelander!!

I went to a festival this weekend and the car parking was in a field! It was very grassy and bumpy but the Freelander handled it with aplomb Thumbs Up Oh and I didn't even have to adjust the terrain control settings Thumbs Up Rolling with laughter Rolling with laughter Rolling with laughter Rolling with laughter Rolling with laughter Rolling with laughter Rolling with laughter

Shocked Hahaha, you can imagine that the RR in that vid has slicks fitted. At least it's moving. Any 2 wheel drive car would just dig itself a hole. MY13 Santorini Black SD4 HSE

I've had my Fl2 stuck in a muddy field, it was very very wet though and a slight incline too. GG AT tyres just didn't grip!

I was off roading again today! We went to another fete and once again we were parked in another bumpy field. This time I was prepared for it so selected the correct terrain option on the control Very Happy Just to prove I was off roading I had to ignore the route straight to the parking slot and had a drive around the field before parking up Lol!! What larks!

I went down a steep very bumpy farm track yesterday so engaged Hill Descent Control for the first time (just for fun of course) - it worked perfectly!
