Just looked at the video again - still cant see the point as if you wanted to stop and start at every traffic light or zebra crossing you could do that today with the stop/start button, although you will draw attention to yourself when it starts up again - they will all think you keep stalling it .

You can still choose to stop the engine by not putting into neutral. It would take a bit of getting used to but quite easy once learnt, I certainly did with my time in the Mini. Phil
