Hello! I got a FL TD4 MY2011 and just use de NOKIAN Z Line SUV on 235/60 R18 107 W XL; they are amazing and A on Wet, C on Fuel and just 70 dB on noise They grip very well; summer in Portugal is really hot and the winters are cold (not so much as on England, obvious) and here on the North it rains a lot; the grip is amazing on any situation and weather; they are very comfortable too and with very good mileage; since I brought the first set front/rear I buy always two new ones to the back and move the old rear ones to the front; remember: best/new tyres always on the back! I just buy them on the internet because in Portugal tyres are expensive; I use 3 sites for comparative purposes and I buy on the best opportunity at that moment; if you wanna try go to (this are the UK version of the Portuguese sites): - www.tyreleader.co.uk - www.tyres-pneus-online.co.uk - www.mytyres.co.uk Last tyres I brought are best priced at Tyre Leader, but sometimes is better on the others. I forgot to say that my previous brands on the FL are Continental (original ones and terrible and slippery as hell!) and Pirelli PZERO SUV (very good at high speeds but noisier and not so good on wet conditions) Best regards Miguel Ribeiro |

Avon ZX7's for me and can't complain at all about road noise or wet weather grip. Much better than the roadians that it came with. They were terrible in the wet. |

+1 for the Avons ZX7s more of a road tyre, but are far better in my opinion then the continentals that they replaced. MY13 HSE LUX Aintree Green

+2 for the Avons. Mine have been on for around four months now and after the worn original Conti set, they are refreshingly quiet and grippy.

I've gone for a set of 4 Goodyear Efficient grip SUV. They are similar to the original Goodyear Wrangler but the ratings for fuel economy and noise are better than the Wrangler and they are also a few quid cheaper. I'll let you know how they perform.

The OP is sorted, but for anyone else, Michelin CrossClimate SUV if you never go off road. Comfortable, quiet, responsive.

Couple days ago, one of the Scorpion Verde all seasons M+S front tyre busted at the tyre wall. The set has done 34000 miles with about 3.5-4 mm left in each tyre with only one rotation front to back.

Scorpion Verdes here, lots of back roads and farm tracks , great on normal roads/tracks and wet but not brilliant in mud.
