Lost a great man today

After 2 1/2 years of been diagnosed with cancer

My dad passed away today suddenly and unexpected

I'm glad he didn't have to suffer at the hands of cancer as he was slowly getting more frail as weeks passed

To get to his house and see him laying on the floor, to hear his ribs crack beneath my hands and I attempted CPR till the paramedics arrived on scene will be a memory that only I can see in my minds eye, the pain I feel washes down my face more often than I feel it should and there is a empty place in my heart tonight, but deep down I know he had already gone and nothing would bring him back.

The biggest influence in my life is now at peace R.I.P Dad Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

So sorry to hear that. I would have lost my father 2 years ago on the 28th and I was lucky to be with him, holding his hand, as he passed away. My thoughts are with you and your family at this sad time. Past: FL2 TD4 HSE Auto
Evoque SD4 Dynamic Lux Auto
Present: Audi A3 S Line.
