I don't know how long it takes to charge a key fob fully. Since I have had my FL2, I have changed the fobs every weekend, and I have never had a problem. (holding onto wooden table leg as I type!) I would use the dodgy one in the ignition for a while, and if it doesn't respond, you may have to replace the battery. There is a post somewhere telling you what to do. |

there is a youtube video showing how to do it,it does not look easy as the fob has to be prised apart,it has a sealant around it as well so this makes it harder.when you finaly get to the inside the battery is under the printed circuit, but it has to be unsoldered before you can get it out.

hardly dismissive, simple really.this is not "my fleabay seller"i found a number of companies offering similar services on google, his feedback is excellent, that is very important as far as I am concerned.he is offering a key refurb service at what seems a good price, whether or not he can supply new extra keys I have no idea.but surely there can be no harm in asking the question.
