Back windows would have been a nod to the previous Discovery's - they must have thought this feature would have been adopted - shame it wasn't as it would have helped show a difference to the DS

Good news!

It’s interesting to see that, for a new vehicle being used in the NW of England, it’s registered in Oxford. Oxford, where the rest of the LR “Management Fleet” cars are registered. It may be a smart marketing ploy by LR, to add some much needed “rufty tufty” credibility and some positive Facebook column inches to an otherwise unremarkable car. But, if the Mountain Rescue Team can continue to get subsidised, or free, wheels through a bit of sponsorship, then good luck to them!

Yorky - I agree with you and even the main dealer guy in Doncaster LR was wondering round with a set of keys complaining they all looked the same and he couldn't find the car he wanted!!

J77 - do you want to do a straight swap for my FL2? that looks stunning (even if does need a wash)..... The Evoque and the Velar are the only 2 I like now out of the entire range. The DS is ok but really isn't top of the wish list having had some on loan.
