Hi,

I've just bought a MY08 Freelander 2 HSE (I'm in Australia). I've come across this great site and have been reading as many threads as possible.
I like my gadgets and have a budget to upgrade the car. I'd like some advice on decent/possible upgrades (or advice to steer clear on). Obviously the standard Sat Nav is horrible (not sure if I should have gone for a more basic model)..
So far I'm thinking of:
* Using an iPad as the GPS/Music Player etc (currently thinking of a generic gooseneck mount, bolted to the passenger seat rail). Connected to standard power and audio ports
* iOBD2 to connect to ODB port and stream to iPad for real time engine stats
* Reversing camera (hoping I can find a way to connect to standard sat nav display)
* Remote Start/Entry system (would like to be able to open car hands-free and start without having to insert the fob). Not sure if possible (such as a Viper system)

Thoughts/comments very welcome!
