On doing a check today I noticed that it looks like a bolt maybe missing , took a picture, does anybody know if there should be one there . Top left just by breather pipe, there is a washer there & thread in the hole .

Can't really help except to say that mine's the same, it appears to be a threaded plastic insert so it won't be a critical secure fixing, more like something for a clip to secure some wiring or similar.
