Speedometer recalibrated/re-labelled for mph rather than kph given it was intended for Malaysia?

As an Si4 owner i have to agree, the Ford Ecoboost engine suits it very well.

I never understood why buying a Diesel version if there was the lovely i6 engine available. So much more power and comfort. And I'm best friend with the owner of my next filling station. |

After driving decent turbo diesels over the last 20 years I've found virtually all petrols sluggish and disappointing (even including the 308 bhp engine in my last petrol Focus!) They are always found lacking in the bottom end flexibility that shines in something like the PSA 2.2, or the 3.0 V6 in the Disco; it suits the rest of the car so well. I wouldn't go back to petrol by choice!

Agreed I cant bear the rev an engine as much as you need to rev a petrol to get the oommpph out of it, doesnt seem right. that doesnt apply to seat ibiza hire cars ![]() ![]() At home ![]() "I can't always believe facts I read on the web" - Charles Dickens winner by default of the tractor vs caravan race |

The petrol Si4 has more low down grunt than you can imagine. Having driven one, it's a far more responsive drive than the SD4! Freelander 2 HSE Lux 2013MY - Barolo Black with Ivory Leather. Alpine DVD - Privacy -Evoque 20" Dynamic Wheels and more to come......... |
