Your pick of the bunch? Car buying

Looking for a new motor and these guys are pretty local to us with a good selection of miles/specs

I had a quick look around the 95k HSE which was nice and about top of the budget , only issues I can see for me is miles (would like a few less than 95k and drivers seat had a crack in the leather where I guess a chunk has been sitting) it's fully stamped do you think 95k is a worry?

Just interested really which you would go for with there being a good choice

Cheers

United Kingdom 2009 Freelander 2 TD4 GS Auto Zermatt Silver

Personally I would be going with the lower S spec 54,000 mile car. I'd rather have the safety of those miles than a 10 year old leather interior and outdated electronic toys on a car pushing 100K miles. I wouldn't be too bothered if that lower mileage car had not been serviced annually as long as the service was commensurate with it's mileage . If these cars go wrong, and like any other old car they do, they are expensive to repair so having a couple of grand in reserve isn't a bad plan.

All of them should need the timing /cam belt changing at 10 years old if you want to make sure of avoiding an expensive problem in the future . 2009 GS Auto Zermatt Silver - Sold June 21 after 10 years of ownership

2016 Subaru Outback SE 2.0 diesel SE Premium Lineartronic Sold 2024 after 8 years and 80k miles . Best Car I ever owned !

2023 Toyota Hilux invincible X 2.8 Auto .
